Wedgwood is an “underdog” neighborhood in Seattle. A hidden gem, Wedgwood reflects its name…it’s full of woods. Tall evergreens are a staple in most yards.

Wedgwood is located in Northeast Seattle, north of the Ravenna/Roosevelt neighborhood and east of the Maple Leaf neighborhood. You’ll find quaint mid-century, split levels, and Cape Cod styles. Wedgwood has easy access to major arterials and bus routes. NE 95th Street connects to Sand Point Way for access to the University of Washington and Lake City Way offers great access to I-5. My favorite neighborhood feature is the Wedgwood Broiler…for a stroll back to the ’60s!
