Georgetown is a quirky and fun neighborhood that has much to offer such as taverns, live music, delicious food options and art galleries.

Despite being surrounded on all sides by industry and major transportation corridors, Georgetown maintains a strong business district and an array of housing options.

On the Road with Roger is a series of exciting videos about Seattle neighborhoods and real estate topics. Georgetown neighborhood has long been industrialized and not very resident-friendly, but that has slowly changed. Artists moved in to take advantage of inexpensive loft spaces, old brick buildings have been turned into cool living quarters, and an enchanting little business district has developed.
